Q3: Can I get sample ?
A3: Sure. 

Q4: How long is the sample LEAD TIME? And bulk production time?
A4:For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. For custom sample,it takes 7-10days.

Bulk production time is normally between 2-3 weeks after sample approval and deposit payment received.

Q5: What is your MOQ ?
A5: According to different items, our MOQ are different.

Q6: How much the transportation freight will be?
A6: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.

Q7: What guarantee can you provide?
A7: During the period of warranty, if there are any problems with the quality, you can send us the photo of the bad product, then we will refund you back the cost.
